Before opening BeEncourage Resale Ministry, I never had to concern myself with plus size clothing. However, afterward, a few things have bothered me that I would like to ask your help. When putting out plus-size clothing, we have two or three problems. One is that we don’t receive many plus size donations. Two, some of what we receive is low quality (worn out). Or third, if I’m frank, the items are ugly. Those of you who have donated items in this category, we are extremely grateful. I am sure that the source of this problem is due to the clothing companies who focus on societies idea of a women’s size and the lack of those who embrace all sizes.

When God began showing me the path that he has BeEncourage on, the fact that we had very little to offer to this group or to men has been in my prayers. We want to be able to minister to all of God’s children no matter the size, age, gender, or color.
